Solidarity Dialogues Excellence Award

The Solidarity Dialogues Program is proud to announce the creation of the Solidarity Dialogues Excellence Award, a recognition established to celebrate individuals who demonstrate exceptional leadership, commitment, and creativity in advancing dialogue within their communities, organizations, and spheres of care and influence.

The award recognizes participants and community leaders who embody the core values of the Solidarity Dialogues by fostering brave spaces for engagement across difference, strengthening relationships rooted in empathy and active listening, and contributing to cultures of solidarity, inclusion, and collective learning.

Recipients of the award will be individuals who have shown initiative in bringing dialogue into new contexts, addressing polarization constructively, and using dialogue as a tool for community-building and social change.

The award also aims to encourage continued innovation in dialogue facilitation and community engagement by supporting emerging leaders who are building more connected, reflective, and resilient communities.

Award recipients may receive:

  • A certificate of recognition

  • Public acknowledgment through Solidarity Dialogues and PLEDJ platforms

  • A financial award to support their continued community engagement and dialogue initiatives

Through this award, the Solidarity Dialogues Program reaffirms its commitment to cultivating leadership grounded in empathy, reflection, collaboration, and transformative dialogue.

Nominations for 2026 are currently closed. Please check back for 2027 nominations.
