About the event

The Solidarity Dialogues is a transformative initiative that will train front-line leaders across Greater Montreal in facilitating inter-group dialogue and navigating polarization in their communities while building empathy and trust. PLEDJ developed this initiative together with community members to support cross-community reconciliation and strengthen Montreal’s social fabric, amid a social and political climate that is visibly contributing to fragmentation.

This Wednesday, May 22, 2024, at 10:30 am, come join us in celebrating the launch of the Solidarity Dialogues in Downtown Montreal. What better way to inaugurate an initiative promoting safe and brave conversations than with a panel discussion featuring community leaders who will discuss their experiences and approaches to nurturing safe spaces for dialogue in times of conflict? This event is sure to be one of hope, connection, and thoughtful discussion. The community leaders who will be participating in the panel discussion will include:
