PLEDJ, Women Wage Peace, Canadian Memorial United Church & Centre for Peace warmly invite you to “Grounding Peace in Justice and Liberation: An Evening with Amal Elsana Alh’jooj.” Amal, author of Hope is a Woman’s Name, will speak about her life’s work in feminist leadership, peacebuilding, and social justice. A conversation with Aftab Erfan will follow, along with an audience Q&A.
Aftab Erfan, Executive Director of the Morris J. Wosk Centre for Dialogue and a faculty member at SFU’s School of Public Policy, brings deep experience in facilitation, equity, and community planning.
