Sumana Abraham plays a key role in documenting the ongoing initiatives at PLEDJ. She collaborates closely with both participants and facilitators to support and monitor the Solidarity Dialogues Project. A dedicated community organizer at heart, Sumana thrives on creating inclusive spaces where people feel welcome and connected. She is deeply passionate about nonprofit work, with a strong commitment to social justice and human rights advocacy.
Sumana has a BA in Psychology, Behavioural Science and Urdu Language from McGill University.
Before joining PLEDJ, her upbringing was in Toronto and spent half of her life in India and Pakistan. Her exposure to different cultures, barriers and traditions is what drives her to continue to encourage resilience and justice.
